Research and Development
ORCA has many years of experience in the use of oil spill response equipment and aware of the shortcomings with some of these. Our R&D program is aimed at developing modifications to improve the performance of this equipment. Some of these modifications may be as simple as changing hydraulic couplings or starting batteries for more reliable types. Other modifications may be to replace pumps or engine and the reconfiguration of hydraulic circuits.
ORCA has also developed a range of response equipment suitable for use in harbours and marinas.
